Any examples, estimates or projected savings we share are illustrative only and are not a promise of a particular outcome.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that can't lawfully be excluded.

Where our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee can lawfully be limited, it is limited (at our option) to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
