You must use the Sign up for your free CRM button on this page to sign up. It links your new Systeme.io account to SmartBizTech, so we can set it up and manage it with you.
If you go to systeme.io another way (typing the address, a search result or any other link), your account cannot be linked to SmartBizTech and you would need to start again.
A few quick tips
Sign up for your free CRM
- 1 Click the Sign up for your free CRM button below. It opens Systeme.io in a new tab through SmartBizTech's referral link.
- 2 On the Systeme.io page, enter your business email address and click the button to get started (it may say Get started for free).
- 3 If you see a Create your account now screen, check your email address is right and click Continue.
- 4 On the Create a password to confirm your account screen, enter your first name, last name and a new password, confirm the password, then continue.
- 5 If Systeme.io sends you an email to confirm your address, open it and click the link. Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot see it.
- 6 Stay on the free plan: it is $0 per month and no credit card is needed. You do not need to choose a paid plan.
- 7 Answer any welcome questions Systeme.io asks, and you will land in your new dashboard.
- 8 Tell SmartBizTech you have signed up, using the contact form (see What happens next, below).

Questions, answered
Why must I use the button on this page?
Systeme.io links a new account to whoever referred it at the moment the account is created. Signing up through our button links your account to SmartBizTech, so we can set it up and manage it with you. Sign up another way and it cannot be linked afterwards.
I already have a Systeme.io account. What should I do?
Our link will not link an existing account to SmartBizTech. Contact us and we will work out the best way to help.
Do I need a credit card?
No. The free plan is $0 per month and no credit card is needed to sign up.
How does SmartBizTech get into my account?
You stay the owner and never share your password. When you are ready, you invite us as a member of your Systeme.io workspace (Settings, then Workspace members), and we will tell you which email address to invite. You can remove our access at any time.
